Remarks
If the appliance has not been disconnected
from the mains , the On/O switch must be
pressed twice to start a new operating cycle.
A er a heating-up cycle, the appliance
cannot start a new stirring and heating
cycle immediately, but must be allowed to
cool down rst.
Cold-frothing of milk
You can also froth the milk without heating
it up rst.
1. Follow the steps 1 to 6 as described in
the section ‘Heating up or hot-frothing
milk.’
2. Press and hold the On/O switch for
about 2 seconds, until three beep-
signals are heard.

Interrupting or ending a cycle
Press the On/O switch to stop the heating

To continue the heating and stirring process,
Press the On/O switch again.
Switching the appliance o
Remove the plug from the wall outlet to turn
the appliance o completely.
Hint
To achieve a thicker froth, go through a
cold-frothing cycle rst, followed by a hot-
frothing cycle.
General Care and Cleaning
Always remove the plug from the wall
socket and wait until the motor has come
to a complete standstill before cleaning
the appliance.
To avoid the risk of electric shock, do not
clean the base or the power cord with
water and do not immerse them.
e container, stirring heads and lid may
be cleaned with hot water and a little
detergent. e attachment parts are also
dishwasher-safe.

Do not use abrasives or harsh cleaning
solutions.
Disposal
Do not dispose of old or defective
